I use Epos Now... How do I become a Sustainably Run Restaurant?

This article explains how an Epos Now a customer can become a Sustainably Run Restaurant

If you wish to become a Sustainably Run Restaurant, please contact Sustainably Run or your Epos Now account manager who will associate the Epos Now Sustainably Run Restaurants App to your account. 

Once you open the app, you will need to select which of your locations you would like to offer the tree contribution. You can choose one or all of their locations.

You will then need to complete a GoCardless form; this will ask you to set up a direct debit. This allows the contributions to be forwarded to Sustainably Run.

In addition to this information, you will be asked to complete:

• Customer GUID
• The company name
• Company email address
• Which restaurant locations the app has been assigned
• Preferred currency

Once this is completed, this will allow Sustainably Run to create a personalised portal where you can access marketing material, Front of House training and more.
