What to do if there’s a Planting Certificate error.

If the name on a Planting Certificate is incorrect, it’s most likely because the person who sent out the invitation through Sustainably Run Meetings has not recorded your name accurately in their address book. Contact them first to check. In the unlikely event this is not the cause, please contact Sustainably Run Meetings Support to raise a support ticket and we will investigate the error.
